You may return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please ensure you do not tape over any part of the address or tracking barcode(s) to ensure the item is returned and there is not a delay in processing a credit to your account. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE

For returns that are the result of our error:
Items should be returned in their original packaging or a comparable packaging to ensure the item is not damaged in transit. Returned items that are the result of our error are eligible for a full refund and a prepaid return label will be supplied.

Returns for any other reason:
All other returns are subject to a full refund less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging or a comparable packaging to ensure the item is not damaged in transit. We are not responsible for damaged returns or returns lost in the mail. You may purchase insurance coverage through the shipping provider of your choice to cover your expense in the event of a lost or damaged shipment. In the event that an item is returned in a condition worse than its original condition a 50% credit will be applied to your account as long as the item is in resalable condition. Otherwise, the item will be refused and a refund will not be processed.
