About the Author

James R. Dudley, PhD, is a professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He teaches in the areas of social work practice with families and groups, and research and program evaluation. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and is a consulting editor for Family Relations, Journal of Baccalaureate Social Work; Professional Development; and Religion, Disabilities, and Health. Dudley is the author of numerous articles, papers, and books.
