Darrell Fox is currently employed as a manager for Children's and Families Services for the Yukon Government in Canada. Previously he was employed in numerous lecturing positions in social work for two London Universities.

Elaine Arnull’s research has attracted international attention and exerted an influence on policy and practice. Elaine is currently based at Bucks New University, and has worked as a Probation Officer and in policy and campaigning sectors prior to working in social work and criminology within a number of Universities.
