Ichiro Kawachi and Bruce P. Kennedy are an associate professor and deputy director, respectively, of public health practice at the Harvard School of Public Health, and recipients of Robert Wood Johnson Investigator Awards in Health Policy Research. Richard G. Wilkinson is currently a visiting professor at the International Center for Health and Society, University College, London.
