Therefore the Author tries to shed light on the subject from communication network engineering perspective. Where possible Author mentions how the software engineering was practiced in his organizations. Author explains how his work in Wireless Network Organization could be used for forward looking projects like satellite communication systems testing etc along with terrestrial networks for communication testing.
