'The rapid pace of China's development has given us this rare opportunity - a chance to craft an elegant architectural solution to the modern conundrum of of science and technology' - so say the compilers of this unusual and special volume. Book is in Chinese with English translation, and is full of stunning photographs of modern design features in housing. Planner and copywriter is Cheng Xiao; English translation by Cindy Carter. The format is unusual - pages folding out from one another, as do the white-weave boards. Condition is genuinely very good, but no ISBN or date is visible (possibly in Chinese only). A rare find for someone interested in architecture and design.
