Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 2nd Edition. Signed by author, "To Norm" [or perhaps, "Nora"] in blue ink on front free end paper, dated 1996. For the most part, this is a quite clean copy. There are, however, some instances of yellow highlighting on pages in the range of 73 to 80, plus some pencil marks, also pages 94 to 100, again with some pencil marks, plus pages 179 to 181, yet again with more pencil marks. Further pencil marks start at page 213, continuing on and off through page 231. Finally, there are a few yellow highlights and pencil notes from 273 to 279. The boards are mostly in good shape, except for bumps to both top fore corners and wear spots to the bottom fore corner of the front cover and top fore corner of the back cover.
