This is a partial description based on what I can transliterate from the Russian. This appears to be a book of Russian children's poems or nursery rhymes, illustrated by Olga Monina, a celebrated Russian book artist who concentrated on children's books. The title means 'sunshine' and it is a term used as a pet name form children, like 'sweetie' or 'darling' in English. The illustrations are beautiful, active and brightly coloured. I can transliterate Moscow as the place of publication but not the actual publisher, although it is very similar to the productions of the Progress Press which published for sale outside Russia. The book has no dust jacket. It is bound in stapled illustrated thin card. The cover is bright and clean although clearly used and shows some creasing to corners and back. Inside it is clean and tight though again with some corner creasing. There is no pagination but there appear to be 9 poems each with its own illustration and additional illustrations to the inside of the front and back covers. In remarkably good condition for such a flimsy publication more than 40 years old.
