He earned his doctorate of philosophy in clinical psychology from Louisiana State University. Dr. Baugh is a member of numerous psychological and psychotherapy associations throughout Louisiana and Mississippi and has served on the Board of Psychological Examiners. He lives in Jackson, Mississippi.
