Someplace North, Someplace Wild (Mountain Ranch Adventures)

An inspirational cowboy romance and western suspense

A car breaks down on a lonely road. Cody Brandon stops to help. Within the hour, a woman is dead — and he's the only suspect.

All Cody ever wanted was open range, mountain air, and a ranch of his own in the wild cattle country north of the border. With a quarter-million-dollar inheritance riding on one condition — one year in the same job before his twenty-fourth birthday — he was racing toward the life he'd always dreamed of, and a future that might include a spirited schoolteacher named Julie Stewart.

Then he stopped to help a stranger.

Now an international manhunt is closing in ... and Cody's running out of time to prove he didn't do it. He's running — through grizzly country, through a tangle of lies built to bury him, and against a clock that's stealing not just his freedom but the dream he came north to find.

Someplace North, Someplace Wild asks how far a man will go to prove his innocence — and how much he's willing to trust God when everything he's worked for hangs by a thread. With wilderness adventure at every turn and a wholesome romance as stubborn as the mountains themselves, this faith-based novel of suspense and redemption will keep you turning pages long after dark.

Will Cody Brandon ride free — or run out of road?
