Original publisher's green cloth binding with red lettering on front. No lettering on spine. 7 1/4" x 10 1/2." 121 pages, complete. Pages are clean and intact overall but have black pen scribbles on front free endpaper, offsetting on front band back endpapers, closed tear measuring about 1 1/4" on fore-edge of leaf for Pages 25-26, small occasional marks or stains, and light age toinng. A Very Good copy. A collection of 101 songs on sheet music intended for teachers to instruct kindergarten students on "the ethical relationships of man to Family life, the Industrial world, the State, and the Church universal." Each songs is relatively brief (about one or two pages in length) with about three or four lines of music per page. Songs are grouped by category. The following are the categories herein: "Songs of the Family Relations," "Songs of the Trade World," "Songs of the Wool," "Christmas Songs," "Songs of the State Relationship," "Songs of the Church or the Universal Relationships," "Songs of the Universal Elements: I. The Earth; II. The Water; III. The Air; IV. The Light," "Songs of the Seasons," "Miscellaneous," "Songs for Games," "Greeting Songs," "Gift Songs," "Occupation Songs," "Hand Plays," and "Musical Commands.".
