About the Author

Olivia discovered that her past struggles with 'mental health' were not brokenness, but rather, her soul attempting to be reborn. She felt inspired to write Soul Communication because she believes that rebirth does not have to be painful - for her, it turned out to be extremely liberating. Horses, art, creativity and other forms of occupational therapy were the greatest healing modalities on Olivia's rebirthing journey.
