Soul, Mind and I

This is a book of spiritual poetry. It’s about the soul’s quests and its journeys, astral travels, struggles, experiences in life, and mind and soul connection, where soul is wizened! 

It is also about the mind’s out-of-box thinking, bringing old culture and wisdom to intertwine with modern-day living. 

The book also tackles self-critique and realization of certain aspects of life requiring to be spoken about.

Ina Vez, aka Ainour Vezirova, is a poet born in Baku, Azerbaijan, who came to the US at a young age. She studied geology, design, and fashion and art at FIT Design in New York City. Geology studies led to a lifelong love and study of earth, nature, crystals, minerals, and gemology. She draws from this as a crafter of jewelry. An international traveler, Ina's poetry is influenced by her experiences with the ethno-spiritual practices of world cultures, spirituality, metaphysics, ancient wisdom, existentialism, esoterica, indigenous cultures, Native American culture, and practicing shamanism. A mother of two, she speaks several languages. Her poetry is also written in the Russian language. Ainour currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Soul, Mind and I is her first collection of poetry.
