Soul Science for the Millennials: Timeless Wisdom from a 2000-year-old text, Samayasara, by the Indian Jain Scholar Kundakunda Acarya

In the 21st Century, the immense rise in mental health issues, anxiety, trauma and increased pain bodies, despite the incredible growth in Scientific discoveries, cannot be unseen or ignored. Even after achieving everything in life, humans feel empty from within. Undoubtedly, there are challenges, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. However, rare are the torchbearers who provide their rational solutions, which do not make one dependent or teach one to seek some outer guidance. In this context, the teachings of the Samayasāra serve as a guiding light for restless souls, as they lead one towards independence in the real sense.
