Her writing is shaped by a career spanning global law firms, legal tech startups, and Harvard Law School Executive Education-offering a sharp, insider perspective on high-performance culture and the hidden costs of success.Anusia has published nonfiction through traditional outlets, spoken globally on the business of law, and is well known for her work on leadership and transformation. She earned her JD and MBA from Boston College, where she was awarded a seat on the academic law journal and inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. She also holds a BS in Management from Tulane University. Anusia lives north of Boston with her husband, young son, and old dog.
