This book is designed as a guide for readers who want to become more confident and effective in communicating the meaning of God's Word clearly to listeners. About the Author
Dr. Barbara Laughlin Adler is professor emerita at Concordia University-Ann Arbor, where she taught Oral Reading of the Bible, Literature and Rhetoric for 34 years. Dr. Adler currently offers training for parish lay readers, and volunteers at the Michigan District-LCMS.
