Robert Gerver Ph.D. has been a mathematics teacher at North Shore High School in Glen Head New York since 1977. During that time he has also taught at several other institutions grade 4 through graduate level. He has served served on the New York Regents Competency Test Committee. He received his B.A. and M.S. degrees from Queens College of the City University of New York where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Ph.D. from New York University. In 1988 Dr. Gerver received the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics Teaching for New York State.
