Octavo (8vo); vi, 343pp. Bound in full brown cloth with title gilt on spine. Minor fading to spine gilt, else a very good copy, contents clean and unmarked. A quality reprint of the 1864 edition. Goodwin was an Episcopal minister and an academic associated with Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Non-book orders (ephemera, maps, prints) do not qualify for USPS Media Mail and will be delivered via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Non-book orders may also require additional postage.
