Sow Seeds of Wisdom: A Collection of Prose and Inspirational Stories That Just Happen to Rhyme...with a Little Wisdom Sown In

In her multiple award-winning second book, Scatter Seeds of Kindness, author and poet K. A. Bloch encouraged readers to spread kindness to others and to themselves. In Gather Seeds of Hope, the author’s award-winning third book, she encouraged readers to hold onto hope for themselves, but also give some away to those in need. In Sow Seeds of Wisdom: A Collection of Inspirational Stories That Just Happen to Rhyme, the author shares little bits of her wisdom and knowledge, while also encouraging readers to evaluate what they have learned on their own journey—and to pass what they have learned along to others. Wisdom, like kindness and hope, is meant to be shared.

Told in her usual lighthearted, slightly self-deprecating manner, the author shares wisdom through both prose and poetry on such topics as common sense, betrayal, things we keep hidden—or choose not to reveal, things we hold onto long after we should have let them go, and spirituality, among many other topics. Sometimes deep and profound; sometimes lighthearted and humorous; the poems in Sow Seeds of Wisdom always provide fresh insights for the reader to learn from and ponder.

K.A. Bloch's journey as a poet started at a very young age when she learned that she could rhyme words to create a story. Her writing enchanted friends and family, and truth be told, was also a wonderful way for a little girl to get attention! As she got older, she incorporated more personal stories into her poetry, including the heartbreak of young love, the challenges of growing up, and the impact of her father's death. After a long hiatus from writing, K.A. found an old binder full of early poems and decided to publish them in her first work, Walk Through a Field of Flowers. Her other publications include the award-winning books of poetry, Scatter Seeds of Kindness-a #1 Amazon bestseller-and Gather Seeds of Hope. She has worked with and been featured by such groups as Literary Titan, The BookFest, Reader Views (including their Inside Scoop Podcast), and the syndicated radio show America Tonight hosted by Kate Delaney. Embracing her love of fitness, K.A. is a certified personal trainer and certified Pilates instructor. She is a huge animal lover and has volunteered for rescue organizations, many times bringing her "work" home with her in the form of a new furry friend. She holds an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix. Sow Seeds of Wisdom is her fourth book of poetry and prose in which she hopes to share some of the wisdom she has learned. You can find K.A. via her website: kablochauthor.com, and on X, Instagram, and Facebook: @KABlochauthor.
