Space Ranger Fred and the Umbrella Rescue (2)

Fred Sanders is nearly seven years old... and he has a secret.

Fred is the youngest Space Ranger in the universe.

When the eccentric Zando Centauri appears at Fred's bedroom window, the two Space Rangers blast off on a mission across the solar system to attend a royal birthday party on the distant planet Jambori.

But their journey takes an unexpected turn near Saturn when a desperate distress signal interrupts their flight. A stranded alien pilot has been trapped on a lonely moon for weeks, and every passing ship has ignored his call for help.

Fred believes a true Space Ranger helps anyone in trouble - even someone others don't trust.

Choosing kindness over convenience, Fred and Zando launch a daring rescue mission among the moons of Saturn. What they discover leads to a surprising solution involving a cargo ship full of unusual devices known as PFLS - Portable Falling Liquid Stoppers (on Earth we call them umbrellas!).

Sometimes the smallest heroes make the biggest difference.

Filled with humour, imagination, and heart-warming lessons about courage, kindness, and doing the right thing, Space Ranger Fred and the Umbrella Rescue is a delightful early chapter book adventure for children aged 5-9.

Perfect for young readers, reluctant readers, and children who love space adventures, aliens, rockets, and imaginative storytelling, this story encourages curiosity, empathy, and problem-solving through fun and exciting storytelling.

Join Space Ranger Fred, his loyal dog Jupiter, and the wonderfully inventive Zando Centauri on another unforgettable mission across the universe.

Adventure awaits... Space Rangers!
