Judy Resnick and Mike Smith were crew members on the fatal 1986 Challenger mission. Signed by Judy Resnick, Mike Smith, Hank Hartsfield, Steven Hawley, Michael Coates, and Mike Mullane on the half title page. 8-1/2" by 11" large format paperback, illustrated. Third Printing. Has a bit of edge wear. Also include, loose leaf, is an unused STS Discovery 1983 Joining the Fleet sticker.
