THERE ARE NO TARIFFS OR CUSTOMS DUTIES ON BOOKS. A 1950 edition of "Spade Among The Rushes" chronicling life on a remote croft.The unclipped dust jacket is present but does show signs of serious wear and tear with several sections missing, the front and back covers detached and the remainder being in a fragile state. (see photographs). The blue board covers are discoloured in places and do` have bumping to the corners and edges. Internally, the book is in good condition. There is some foxing to the page edges but this does not appear to have affected the pages themselves. The text is illustrated with nine drawings by Myfanwy Roberts in beautiful colours.
