About the Author
Jim Angle is the founder and CEO of Practice Field Coach LLC and the Academy for MOmentum. He has been in the healthcare field for more than 25 years, leading hospitals and high performing teams, contributing to transformational change in people and organizations, and teaching and coaching many leaders. He has a talent for "systems thinking and taking action" and a passion for not only learning, but learning through doing in a deliberate and purposeful way. Jim has a bachelor's degree in sociology, master's degrees in social work and health systems administration, and is currently a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Additionally, he has been an adjunct teacher for New School University and Ithaca College, and is an educational and motivational speaker, a contributor and leader on community and business boards (most recently chairman of the Idaho Hospital Association), and an endurance athlete. Jim focuses his efforts on his endeavors with the Academy for MOmentum and Practice Field Coach LLC, from his base in New Jersey. He is married with two daughters.
