Special Needs Letter of Intent: A Practical Toolkit

“This is an amazing idea; it is magical for parents looking for answers for the future. I am very excited about Kiran Gupta’s Toolkit; it is that vital missing link. We have been looking for, a way to ensure love, continuity and care by future carers and support circles, once we are gone. This shows us, how in our own words, we can leave behind a living document. Our child’s story will continue, even if we are not there to tell it, but we still remain present in their circle of care.”

“Most often families of those with higher support requirements are at a loss on how to plan for their child’s future. Where does one start? The task seems over whelming. This toolkit provides a guideline. As families begin to act on the suggestions this important toolkit would trigger clarity of thought on the way they want to proceed. Some may even diverge and find their own path. This would act not just be a guideline to follow but for some families also act as a catalyst. A much-needed guide for families.”
