141 p. 19 cm. Sound and square binding in cloth-covered boards. Rub wear to the corner tips and at the spine ends. Both board and spine darkened from grime. Marks to upper board that indicate someone rubbed it in an effort to clean it. Text block edges also grimy. Previous owner's name on the half-title page and some foxing to preliminary and end pages. Inside pages have some pencil notes and occasional soil. A manual intended for architecture students to show how to write building specifications for the various trades involved in construction. A scarce copy.
