303 pp + 9 page index, and 301 pp with 11 page index each with engraved frontispiece, bound in brown calf with 5 raised bands with gilt rulings to spine, gilt margins and edges to covers. Spine edges and corners scuffed and eroded, a few marks to leather, inscription verso frontispiece, pages generally clean and firmly held.
