New York: Springer-Verlag, 1988. xiv, 567 pp. 23.5 x 16 cm. Stiff paper wrappers printed in two shades of brown with dark brown and white lettering to covers and spine. Very slight bump to tail of spine, with very light rubbing to spine ends and corners of covers. 4 cm scuff to bottom corner of front cover, with some creasing to corners of rear cover. Interior is clean and unmarked. Binding firm with no creases or cracks. . Soft Cover. Very Good.
