The copyright page notes the revised English edition dates from 1964, with reprints in 1974 and 1975. The cover is red with a line-drawn illustration of a young woman writing in a shorthand notebook, with the title in black and white lettering at the top. The back cover carries the Speedwriting International address. The spine is plain red cloth-effect card.
