Spiral Energy Rising: Spirals of Aztalun (Book Two)

They freed a goddess. Now they have to protect her.

Nearly a year has passed since Sasha Kahn and five strangers escaped Aztalun.

The six friends have returned to their lives around the world, but none of them can forget the realm that changed them or the family they left behind.

Then a spirit message summoning them to Machu Picchu changes everything.

Spiral energy is rising. The doorway to Aztalun is opening again. And Calista, the goddess they risked everything to free, is being hunted.

To protect her, the six must reunite, cross back into Aztalun, and learn to trust new allies, strengthen their gifts, and prepare for a battle far greater than their first quest.

Inside this fantastical sequel, an adventure unfolds across beautiful locations on Earth and the magical realm of Aztalun.

As a slow-burning romance grows into the promise of something lasting, their fight for balance, compassion, and equality escalates into a war against a powerful pantheon of gods.

The Hexad survived their first journey, but protecting what they won may demand more than any of them are ready to sacrifice.

Sara has always been a passionate reader and writer. She learned to read at the age of four years, and was writing shortly afterward. By the age of eight, her mother and older sisters often caught her sneaking to read their books, as she had outgrown children's books. Sara has published numerous books on leadership (under another name), related to her professional career; however, she has secretly been writing poetry, fantasy, romance, and sci-fi novels just for fun. Now it's time to unveil these other works, starting with The Spirals of Aztalun series. When not writing, Sara loves hiking, camping, and kayaking with her husband and adult children. She lives in Arizona, loves sunsets, baking fresh bread, and cooking gourmet vegetarian meals. She and her husband enjoy their empty-nester life on the outskirts of town, where they are entertained daily by visiting deer, rabbits, bobcats, javelina, and the occasional rattlesnake.
