Spiralogy Vol. 1: Patterns of Mind, Matter, and Meaning (Ideas for an Unfinished World)

What if the same hidden patterns shape everything—from quantum physics to living cells, from the human mind to artificial intelligence, from consciousness itself to the structure of the cosmos?

Modern science has produced extraordinary discoveries, but at a cost: knowledge has become fragmented into increasingly isolated disciplines. Physics rarely speaks the language of neuroscience. Biology rarely meets philosophy. Artificial intelligence advances independently of psychology. Yet beneath these separate fields, striking structural patterns continue to reappear.

In Spiralogy, Michael Filimowicz introduces a bold new framework for recognizing these recurring forms across nature, life, mind, and culture. Drawing from complexity science, cybernetics, information theory, neuroscience, quantum physics, AI, and philosophy, he explores how feedback loops, emergence, hierarchy, prediction, information, and self-organization may represent deep organizational principles woven throughout reality itself.

Along the way, the book tackles some of the most profound questions in contemporary thought:

• How did mind emerge from matter?
• Is information more fundamental than matter and energy?
• What separates biological intelligence from artificial intelligence?
• Why does consciousness exist at all?
• Could modern science be approaching a deeper synthesis of reality?

Neither a textbook nor a work of speculative mysticism, Spiralogy offers a rigorous yet accessible exploration of the intellectual frontiers where science, philosophy, and systems thinking converge. It challenges readers to see the universe not as a collection of disconnected facts, but as an unfolding architecture of recurring patterns—a cosmos gradually learning to understand itself.
