Spirit of Jealousy

Jealousy is not always loud. Sometimes it hides beneath comparison, wounded identity, offense, bitterness, insecurity, criticism, or the inability to rejoice when others are blessed. Left unchecked, it can damage relationships, divide churches, hinder ministries, and open doors to deeper spiritual bondage.

In The Spirit of Jealousy, Reverend Brett Connell examines jealousy through a biblical and deliverance-focused lens, revealing how this destructive spirit can operate in the soul, affect the Body of Christ, and interfere with God’s purposes for His people.

Drawing from Scripture, including the lives of King Saul, David, Michal, the tribes of Israel, and the early church, this book exposes the roots and fruits of jealousy while pointing readers toward healing, repentance, contentment, and freedom through Christ.

Inside, readers will explore:

• How jealousy can take root in the heart and soul

• The biblical patterns of jealousy seen in Saul, Michal, and the tribes of Israel

• How jealousy affects churches, ministries, relationships, and personal destiny

• The connection between wounded identity, comparison, pride, and discontentment

• How contentment, humility, repentance, and renewed perspective help close the door to jealousy

This book is written for believers who desire to recognize hidden bondage, confront destructive heart issues, and walk in greater freedom, maturity, and peace with God.

If you are ready to examine jealousy through the light of Scripture and allow God to bring healing, correction, and restoration, The Spirit of Jealousy will help guide you toward truth and freedom.
