Neil Duffy is a native of Massapequa Park, Long Island. He is a graduate of Alfred G. Berner High School, the United States Naval Academy, and Old Dominion University. He is a teacher, coach, and advisor at Norfolk Academy in Norfolk, VA. He resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, daughter, and son.
