Spiritual Disciplines Scripture Guide

“The ‘Spiritual Disciplines’ we shared with the JWM Sri Lanka Seminary students was a precious time that allowed us to truly experience that we are one family in Jesus Christ. Although we spoke different languages, we discovered that we were speaking the same spiritual language, sharing the same desire to know Jesus more deeply and to love Him more fully. In Christ Jesus, we experienced genuine unity. Truly, a spirituality that loves God is a universal language.

The Spiritual Disciplines Scripture Guide book embraces this language and is richly filled with carefully selected Scripture passages according to each theme, helping readers grow in a deeper and more intimate
relationship with the Lord.

I believe that everyone who encounters this book will experience being nourished by the living Word of God. With its detailed explanations, this book also serves as a helpful resource that enables individuals to practice Spiritual Disciplines on their own.”
