"A Spiritual Travel Guide to the World of God: Part II - God Questions on the Journey," seeks to show how Jewish theologians and philosophers over the ages have attempted to answer profound spiritual questions such as, “Why is there evil?” “Why do people suffer?” "What happens after I die?" "Are Science and God Compatible?" This book surveys different Jewish thinkers and their thoughts and beliefs. You will see that there are various and sometimes contradictory ideas. Each section is followed by “Thoughts to Ponder” so you can see how your thoughts compare to those of the theologians.

Rabbi Medwin graduated from Cornell University in 1976 with a B.S. in Human Nutrition. She then went to Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she graduated in 1980 with a Doctor of Optometry degree. Michele was in private practice as an Optometrist for thirteen years when she was inspired by a women rabbi in her congregation to pursue her dream of becoming a rabbi. In 1993 She sold her practice, took her family with her to Israel where she completed her first year of rabbinical school. Michele was ordained in 1997 at Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion, New York. She is currently the rabbi at a congregation in Upstate New York. She also works as a Jewish chaplain for high school students that attend a residential boarding school for "at risk" teens.
