485 lots on 287 pages with any facsimile illustrations of the lots being offered, many autographed material which would aid a collector! Tall Crown octavo, pale yellow printed paper boards, A little edge wear and some dustiness, but very good. The auctioneers were Hiram H. Parke, Otto Bernet and H. E. Russell. *The items included a set of the first 4 folio editions of Shakespeare, letters by American historical figures inc Washington, etc.

We are a small, single-owner business. We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
