Probably rebound in the late 1800s, recently rebacked in plain brown leather with gilt titling. Boards show wear and frayed corners; handsome bookplate of 'Samuel Knight, Architect' pasted inside front cover; hinges reinforced, light foxing on the first & last 6 to 8 pages.
