How to Spot a Fraud

Lawyer, priest and author Joseph Azize presents a concise manual of how to spot a fraud, both within our own selves and among our friends, family, and those with whom we may have business dealings. He discusses the many behavioral manifestations of various types of fraudsters and lays bare their methods and styles, their many modus operandi. In this title, the reader will find how talk and chatter are used to persuade, how cleverly diverting blame buys trust, how baseless cynicism and resentment fuel our own vulnerabilities to fall victim to fraud. Sometimes serious, sometimes witty, but always with deep insight, this book is an invaluable aid to both spotting fraudulent behavior in others, but perhaps more importantly, recognizing our inner propensities to fool ourselves.

Those readers who are also members of the Fourth Way community will recognize the many tips and suggestions given by Azize can be applied with acumen to their practice of self-observation.
