By arrangement with Houghton ,Mifflin, Softocver book in near fine condition with very light shelf wear. Crease on the bottom corner of the front cover and sprinkling of foxing on the top edges. Otherwise, The book is clean, tight and unmarked. Endpapers illustrated with map of the Georges River and Sterlingtown( Incorporated as Union 1780).
