Spring Clean: Devotions for Lent or Anytime Your Spirit Needs a Fresh Start (Seasons)

Words for clean and pure occur over 300 times in the Bible; these meditations for the season of Lent invite readers to take a deep (contextual) and wide (for all times) look into Lenten scriptures and stories. From Shrove Tuesday through Easter, daily devotions offer small groups, Sunday school classes, book clubs, families, and/or individual devotees a chance to explore what it means to be clean and pure in spirit..

Each entry includes a Bible reading, application for today, reflection, prayer points, and suggested action steps to help move Lent beyond a season of deprivation into a sacred cleansing of ourselves inside and out, an unearthing of who God always created us to be.
