About the Author

D. Forbes is an educator, ordained minister, and author with more than fifteen years of classroom experience. He holds a Master of Arts in Global Apologetics from Liberty University and has taught in churches, schools, and ministry settings in the United States and abroad.His first book, Blessed: 10 Lessons on the Beatitudes, grew from a series of lessons and original songs. In The Golden King Chronicles, he uses fantasy to explore truth, wisdom, faith, and the consequences of the ideas cultures accept.He lives in Central Florida with his wife, three children, and an unreasonable number of chickens. When he is not writing or teaching, he can usually be found working on his homestead or exploring Florida's waterways.
