1963 signed by poet, Ward Ritchie Press (Los Angeles, California), 6 3/8 x 9 1/2 inches tall green cloth hardcover in publisher's unclipped dust jacket, gilt design and lettering to front cover and spine, x, 71 pp. Very slight rubbing and edgewear to covers. Neat gift inscription to blank front free-endpaper. Signed by the poet below his frontispiece portrait. Otherwise, a very good copy - clean, bright and unmarked - in a slightly soiled and rubbed dust jacket which is nicely preserved and displayed in a clear archival Brodart sleeve. ~SP22~ [2.0P] A book of poetry by well-regarded American writer, primarily for the stage and television, William Aubert Luce (1931-2019). He was especially known as playwright for a number of hit one-person plays, including The Belle of Amherst, about Emily Dickinson; Bronte, about Emily Bronte; and Zelda, about Zelda Fitzgerald.
