Carolyn Hill co-founded The Boomerang Project following a 15-year career of classroom teaching. She serves as the Program Director for the nationally recognized Link Crew transition program, which boasts the involvement of 1000 schools nationwide. Her classroom experience, dynamic energy, and presentation skills enable her to provide meaningful experiences for educators and lend to the development of strong student leaders.

Micah Jacobson has worked with student leaders, teachers, parents and administrators since 1993. In addition to working with the Link Crew, Micah led a team of teachers to create the WEB, acting as lead trainer for several years. Micah brings educational and business skills together to create unique, experiential, cutting edge programs for students and teachers.
