About the Author
Jenny Daisley cofounded The Springboard Consultancy with Liz Willis, both of whom are highly respected trainers and consultants. They became collaborators in 1988 and have worked together ever since. With a background in leadership and management development, Jenny is a pioneer of women's management training and has coauthored five published books on various training issues.
