About this title

Synopsis

Ciudad de Vados: A supercity of the future built in a Latin American nation still living in the past. Designed to run itself in near-perfection; a paradise on Earth for its formerly impoverished inhabitants.

But the City had a traffic problem.

Boyd Hakluyt didn't understand why, but he had been brought in to analyze the situation and straighten it out; but when he attempted to get something done, nothing worked right, and everyone with whom he dealt became evasive and/or intransigent

That's when he realized that the city's traffic problem was the least of his worries.
