She prepares leaders to be successful in high-visibility, high-pressure situations, while finding balance in their everyday lives. Her clients appreciate her candor and her commitment to supporting them in bringing their best selves forward in work and in life.
A certified Leadership Coach, change management practitioner, management consultant, and published author and playwright, she brings 20 years of applied experience and a whole-hearted approach to her practice. In harmony with her work as a leadership coach, her consulting practice includes change management, strategic communications, organizational development, process improvement, adult learning, and group facilitation.
