The Star Speaker. A Complete Program and Manual of Modern Elocution. Compiled and edited by Flora N. Kightlinger and printed by F. Oldbach, Sr. C. 1900, 600 pp, 8.25 x 6.5, 8vo, hardcover green cloth. In overall good condition, with minor rubbing and wear to boards and spine. Light scuffing to corners. Splitting to front and back hinges. Text block remains bound well in good condition. Light marginalia and markings towards front of book. Periodic black-and-white sketches throughout, along with several photographs. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
