But I developed the concept especially for people who have little time and/or money:EMPLOYEES, who have an idea, which they want to realize gladly, but are professionally strongly clamped and do not dare (yet) to quit their job. Employees often want to change into self-employment because they are dissatisfied with their current job or do not consider it reasonable, because they suffer from an unpleasant company culture or have conflicts with superiors or team members. Others want to do something completely different after many years of professional career because they are not happy with their current job despite the success. Such things often happen in the middle of life - for good reason, as we will see later.MOTHERS and FATHERS who are either part-time or not working at all. Here the motivation is often to stand on their own feet again professionally. Because the coaching process gives meaning and a clear structure to everyday life: every day brings a clear and feasible task to gradually reach the goal: to find a job that you love and that will bring in enough money for life.
