Start With Gratitude: A 52 Week Gratitude Journal To Develop An Attitude Of Gratitude (Daily Gratitude Journal)

Imagine how it would feel to start each day in a positive mood, energized, and ready to take on the world. Instead of mentally replaying all your life’s problems and negativities, you chose to take control of your mind and focus on the good.

Start With Gratitude is a 52-week journal designed to help you develop that control. In this journal, you will begin a journey of self-exploration. The journal is designed to focus on being grateful for what we have, the big things and the simple things. Each well designed weekly spread contains an inspirational quote and space to write three things you are thankful for each day of the week. At the end of each month, there is also a page for you to reflect your progress.

If you simply start each day by writing down three things you are grateful for - a sunny day, the smell of fresh air, starting a good book, walking down the street - you begin each day on the right note. Do it daily and make it a habit to focus on the blessings you have been given! Grab a copy now for yourself and a friend to share the journey!
