This student manual consists of strategies & skills organized under five modules: Soft Skills, Goal Setting, Academic Enrichment, College Planning, & Career Planning. Each module contains a series of lessons that will introduce students to tools and strategies they can use to establish and incorporate effective habits that will move them forward as successful individuals who are prepared to not only excel in school but also in life.

Kimberly W. Daniel, M.Ed., GCDF, is a high school Business Education teacher. He is the Director of Keystone Instructional Services, Inc. and Progressive Community Education Foundation, Inc. Her work centers around equipping youth with the necessary tools to excel in school, college, and life. She is a highly skilled educator with over 17+ years of experience in education, financial aid, and technology support. Kimberly possesses a strong commitment to the development of students and staff through stimulating, relevant, and motivating learning experiences. She is a results and data driven team player with excellent communication skills, including a strong ability to develop partnerships with organizations and people of various professional, educational, and cultural backgrounds. Kimberly believes that the difference between an A student and a C student is simply EXPOSURE and WORK ETHIC.
