Start with Strategy: Craft Your Personal Real Estate Portfolio for Lasting Financial Freedom

Customize, build, and enhance your real estate goals with help from On the Market podcast host and best-selling author Dave Meyer—and craft your own unique, achievable path to financial freedom.

Real estate is a powerful way to build wealth, but the investment options can be overwhelming: Flip or buy? Short-term or long-term rentals? Local or out-of-state investments?

When there are so many different strategies, all with their own pros and cons, it can be hard to fine-tune your vision. There is no one-size-fits-all portfolio, and ongoing uncertainty can create analysis paralysis, investing burnout, or a loss of values and vision. In this book, Dave Meyer gives you a practical framework to design a personalized real estate plan. Tap into your skills and maximize your chances of success, regardless of interest rates, competition, and other external factors. With Dave’s expert advice, a bit of self-knowledge, and a motivated mindset, you can achieve wealth on your terms—and reach your financial goals with confidence and certainty.

With this book, you will:

• Take stock of your goals, risk tolerance, and resources—and build a plan that aligns with your lifestyle and personality
• Cut through the static and craft a blueprint for the deals that work for YOUR personal approach
• Develop long-term financial targets, build a timeframe, and achieve tangible progress
• Maximize returns and optimize growth across your portfolio
• Achieve financial freedom on YOUR terms—in any marketplace, at any starting level of resources and experience!
